That’s why we created the Next Era Founders Fellowship.

Each year, we select a small group of exceptional women who are ready to stop waiting and start building. This is more than a grant. It’s a complete founder experience designed to give you the funding, education, mentorship, and community you need to confidently launch and grow your business.

What You’ll Receive

As a Next Era Fellowship recipient, you’ll receive:

A $3,000 startup grant to help bring your business to life.
A full scholarship to the Next Era Accelerator, our signature business development program.
One full year of mentorship with Nika Lawrie.
Business planning resources and practical startup tools.
AI tools and training to help you work smarter and grow faster.
Quarterly business planning and accountability sessions.
Access to the private Next Era Founders community.
Lifetime membership in our alumni network, connecting you with future Fellows, mentors, and collaborators.

Late applications cannot be accepted, so we encourage you to apply early.

Finalist Interviews

December 16 and 17, 2026

A select group of finalists will be invited to interview.

Interview invitations will be sent with only a short window to schedule your interview. Please watch your email carefully and be prepared to reserve your interview time as soon as invitations are sent.

Fellowship Recipient Announced

December 21, 2026 (Winter Solstice)

The Next Era Fellowship recipient will be announced on the Winter Solstice, a day that symbolizes new beginnings, hope, and the return of the light. We can’t think of a better day to welcome the next woman into the Next Era Founders Fellowship.
